DOW daily chart Tuesday at CET 08:00. The small bar to the right is moving up just now one hour before Europe opens. The critical point is the horizontal line at 12.706. The falling blue 8 MA is the trend direction now at 12.862 which should be R point in a rally today. Above are the 21, 34 and 50 MA's which should stop any rally.
