SP500 finished with three bars on upside. Two of the tops were above critical 721 but the close did not get above 721 but closed at 720.74. The all time high is 732.81 just shy of next R at 734. The question is if the index will go higher Thursday and if so, take a new all time high. The 2 hr charts uptrend is strong and a move below the rising 8 MA is not possible as I see it. That MA will continue to rise at least until 04:00 and then reach the low of the three bars. There is a big chance that the market will move up and test the all time high. Since the outcome of the votes has been clear for several hours at the close and a sell on the news has not occurred also speaks for continued uptrend. It is probably to early to take short positions.
