DOW is moving up and will soon get a floor above the 2 hr 8 MA which will start moving on upside.
DOW 2 hour chart now. The 8 MA will turn up at CET 13:00 and might be a floor for several hours. The 12.717 line could be retested but the falling 21 MA has already crossed it on downside.
