Asia changes DOW's 2 hour trend to up. Target seems to be the top at 13.651.5

SP500 and FTSE two hour 8 MA's are also up now. These three indexes are the only US - Europe that is trading in Asia. DAX opens 08:00 and the rest at 09:00.
Japan NI225 and Hong kong HSI have just taken new daily highs.
