The markets rallied sharply last Friday 14.2.2014 and now comes the big week after which we will know. A new high has already been taken by one index, the NAS. SP500 and DAX are just below earlier tops. DOW and FTSE ar not even close to take new highs and SWED is a big question mark.
If a new high is not taken I think it is time to sell. Study the charts below carefully and make your own assessment. These pictures will not often be seen so mark 14.2.2014 to go back to the historic charts here. The bull markets are very well unchanged for 5 years but now comes the big question. Will it continue or not. The answer should come during the coming week.
In my view 14.2. was the day to remember under all circumstances, the day for investors to stay in or get out.
Most interesting is SP500 with an all time high of 850 and a 14.2 close at 837 on the last resistance point. DAX is in a similar situation. Will DOW continue up through the falling 34 MA with the rising 8 MA far below. This happens very seldom so my guess is they will not take new highs.
We even took a few short positions on FTSE hoping that it will not penetrate the falling 34 MA.
Monday at 00.00 starts the US indexes. FTSE starts 03:00, DAX 08:00 and SWED at 09:00.
