The US stock indices plus DAX and FTSE which trade in the US as well until close have now started the final acceleration of the fifth wave on upside. Last week and Friday trading shows this clearly. My job is to find the tops. It can come soon or it can take another few months.
The chart patterns are more or less the same and the peaks will be reached during the same days or week. What I am waiting for is that the bullish sentiment increases. Buffet said on CNBC that stocks have been cheap for a long time but is now coming in to normal prices so it can take time to reach the final top. The current nearly vertical acceleration cannot go on for too long. All markets are very overbought and the longer this rally continuous the worse the correction or bear market will become.
Right now we are in uncharted territory with very good robot trading fighting each others 24 hours. That is why SWED is important to me where there are no robots and a clean trend which use to show the way. SWED is very bullish right now and has a beautiful long term weekly chart that shows where we are going. SWED opens 09:00 and closes 17:30. What happens in New York will be reflected the next day after analysis.
I give you the SWED:s weekly chart here and you can see for yourself the trial of all time high coming.
SWED week from 2004 until Friday close.
