Where are the stock markets going now : DOW at the edge of moving up or down. The 1 hr 8 MA is currently above the falling 21 MA but should the close at 15:00 come on downside at 14. 024 a cross will occur. However I expect the US market in 50 minutes to test the high whatever has happened in Europe so far.
