We are approaching 2013 which by many well known economic thinkers believe a big change can happen in most markets. I believe so too from the long term charts taken together. It is now the planning should start for what can happen and there is nothing which says it cannot start in December 2012. My own personal view is that 2013 - 2016 could be very ugly for many markets.
Today's key reversal and double top in HSI the well known China index, despite good manufacturing news just collapsed the last hour. The buy signal in precious metals and the way the bonds are moving in the long sideways trend plus the buy signal for dollar against yen tells me that something is starting soon. The stock markets are moving slowly to test strong resistance points. We should all be aware from now on.
My first warning for a DOW bear market was given Oct 25, the second warning Nov 7 and my call for a global long term downtrend was published Nov 10. I can still change my mind if the markets perform against what I think but so far I regard the stock market rallies as corrections regarding the U.S. main indexes. I expect further moves on upside which I have warned for, but so far I do not see a test of the tops from the U.S. indexes. I might be wrong but what I have said in this blog is worth thinking about.
