The technical picture of the main stock markets in the world, precious metals, oil and bonds taken together tells me now that we are in the very beginning of long term falling stock markets trends. It might be too early to make this call and there are facts that tell me I am wrong but to me so far the negative things are in majority.
I want to give an early warning even if I should be proven wrong because to wait until all the down trend facts are in and the world market participants realize this fact it will be to late to sell. The downtrend might be in doubt many times during the next several weeks or months and I will change my opinion if the up trends facts get into majority. There can be sudden rallies that looks like trend changes but my mind is working on the big picture for investors. I now and then turn to certain indices for detailed small and medium trends for the traders.
If the worlds biggest three stock market indexes all point down history has shown that sooner or later all main stock markets will follow. I have been concentrated lately on one of these three, especially The Dow Industrial index. The other two are SP500 and NAS. I follow DAX and FTSE as well. It is not the American Cliff or the Greece financial problems that makes the Chinese stock market index to get a sell signal. It is the world wide long term stock market trend that has reached its natural peek. Do not believe that the presidential election in the U.S. caused German traders to find a nine week sideways trend selling point last Friday. It is the natural long term trend which always moves in cycles that happened to get a peak. This is what I call the Cosmic Law. Since hundred of years there has been depressions every 30 year.
