DOW took a new low at 12.520 late Tuesday but then rallied to close at 12.615. Asia opened down at 12.543 but is now at CET 05.30 trying upside at 12.575. 2 hr trend is still down.
The DOW is still very volatile. The technical picture give different short term predictions.
