DOW is slowly moving on upside, see 15 min chart but the R from the 34 day MA is still holding which is a must for the rising 8 MA to turn down Wednesday. The situation cannot be more close for a cross or a turn down of the 8 MA which means the difference between how the daily index will continue.

DOW day now. The critical point is 12.992.2 for up or down for the daily trend on close tonight.
